Return of items for replacement or exchange, according to Hazorfim`s policy, will be made in Israel, accompanied by the original receipt or an exchange voucher within 30 days of purchase. Hazorfim does not give cash refunds.
Buyer shall inspect the items upon receipt, and shall notify Hazorfim within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item if any damages appear in the items. Buyer will be deemed to have accepted items unless buyer gives Hazorfim written notice of rejection within ten (10) days after receipt of the itemss and the buyer may not raise any claim with respect to the purchase following such 10-days period.
All returned items must be returned in its original flawless condition and original packaging, and brand new-never been used. Item will be returned to Hazorfim costumer service via registered & insured mail to the following address:

Items can also be returned, by hand delivery to one of Hazorfim chain store. All taxes, postal fee, etc. in relation with the return of the item, will be paid by the customer.
