The guarantee is valid only when the warrantee with the "Hazorfim" stamp is presented along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
We repair original Hazorfim items which have the Hazorfim stamp mark and are accompanied by the warrantee and original receipt or proof of purchase.
 
The item must be sent to our customer service department along with an explanation of the defect/necessary repair and personal details so that we may contact you: name, phone number, address and e-mail.
 
All returned items must be returned in its original flawless condition and package, and without any usage.

Items can also be returned, by hand delivery to one of Hazorfim chain store. All taxes, postal fee, ect`’ in relation with the return of the item, will be paid by the customer.
